The condo is in a beautiful area of Kona right on the water. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was a must for night time sleeping, but no a/c in the living areas. We did find if the windows and sliding door was open that it was must more pleasant. The beds were ok to sleep on, not ...

We had an excellent time at the townhome. Location, location, location. We saw whales breaching from our lanai and spinner dolphins playing. The swimming pool was very clean and close by. There is terrific snorkeling about a quarter mile down the way.
