In addition to being clean, the property is conveniently located near the store. Our favorite aspect of this property is the staff. As soon as you call to request what you need in your room, they will come to your room right away and will even contact you to ensure that we receive what we asked. Beautiful property

Beautiful property and views. Clean and well stocked with supplies. Nice to have a shopping center close by too. Only one thing that I didn’t care for was being pressured to do a site visit. Maybe if we had time I would have obliged. Next time!

This is a great resort, especially the value you get for the money. Pros: ocean view, pools and whirlpool (you can watch sunset!), each suite has its own washer and dryer, and kitchen! We cooked a lot of meals there. The vibe is cool and you feel at home. Staff are nice and helpful. You can play tennis, basketball, etc. The suite is spacious. Great value! Cons: some bathroom can be renovated.

Only reason why I didn’t give a five star was due to how far our particular building was from the pool, etc. Very inconvenient so we didn’t use it at all. That being said, the unit we stayed in was amazing. We loved the roominess and the view. The layout was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again…just would try for a unit that was closer to the amenities.

Kona Coast was a Great Resort and perfect location for access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean and very spacious it was exactly what we needed. But, to be honest I was very skeptical because of the reviews about the roaches but Thank God we did not encounter any roaches in our place but I did wake up everyday fearful that I may see one so I wasn’t totally at ease during my stay. We were on the 3rd floor in Section 30 so very close to the restaurant, pool and gym so it was perfect. The food and drinks at the restaurant was delicious and we ate there everyday for breakfast or lunch. Their breakfast sandwiches were a big hit. Im glad we decided to pick this resort despite some of the negative reviews. It was a Grest stay and I highly recommend it if you find the availability.
