"The main thing this hotel has going for it is it's location. The room was very old and could have been cleaner. We ended up having ants invade the bar area and bathroom. The whole hotel is ok, but not for how much you pay per night. It's definitely older and needs improvement. We had neighbors that ..."

"Upon arrival, the first impression was this place is beautiful. Inside was immaculate and smiled very clean. The staff was very welcoming and answered all our questions before going to the room. The room itself was very clean. My wife had the best sleep all year long in that bed. The linens were so clean. It was hard for my wife to get out of bed every day because she was so comfortable and slept so peaceful in it. The breakfast was good very clean and they changed it up every day. Parking was good. Didn’t have to worry . Definitely would recommend staying here"

"We had a very pleasant stay in the property. Everyone was so helpful and nice! Even from the start they were very accomodating, esp with my request for a connecting room for me and my family. Special shoutout to the frontdesk staff who helped us with an early check-in. Then to the night frontdesk staff who helped when our keycards won’t work in the parking area. Thank you as well to those at guest services who received my gifts while I wasn’t in the hotel. I didn’t manage to get all of their names except for one, Mayra J. from housekeeping, who went out of her way to get me a vase for my flowers 💕 Room is very clean. Spacious enough. Bathroom is tidy too which is one of the first things I always check in a hotel. Maybe just one thing to note is the AC in the room, which seemed to be a bit defective at that time. But other than that, no problems encountered at all. We’re all so glad we stayed there. And we’ll def be back. Thank you again to everyone at Hilton Anaheim :)"
