"The hotel was extremely cold, but the temperature control in the rooms was excellent. If you have a meeting in this hotel, even in the summer, bring a sweater or jacket. The staff were great. There was one morning when there was no hot water, and that made for a very cold shower. But it was fixed by the next day. Each room has a mini-fridge, but not a microwave. However there is a microwave by the front desk you can use. The gym has some nice equipment, but it is really dusty and could use a good cleaning. The stability balls are all flat and need to be replaced and the floor mats are falling apart. Otherwise, the gym is well equipped. "

"Nice spot right in downtown Denver. Everything was great except elevator was giving people problems. Staff seemed aware of it but largely unconcerned about it. Other than that great stay!"

"The hotel is similar more to a motel. There is a free access to homeless people asking for change. Many renters smoke, cry so on. Staff is offen missed at the reception. The rooms are very old, windows are locked so you need to open door to get fresh air ( with smell of cigarets and other products:). The breakfast was fine. The hotel is not very far from downtown ( 30 minutes to walk). The room costs about $60 that could be cheaper with the conditions. So, this hotel is not for children, but if you have no choice and want a good breakfast, try it. "

"Room was clean. Was surprised by the $65/night charge to park as most places include that with your purchase being as much as I paid for the room. Additionally, I went to go enjoy the pool which they advertised openly in their photos. Upon my arrival I found the pool under construction. Upon further review of the tiny print, they mention it’s closed but it should be advertised to be under construction better and not hidden. Additionally, I went to cut my trip short due to all this and then they informed me I couldnt get a refund on the nights I wasn’t going to stay. And they had a high deposit of $250 as well. I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it as they’ve done nothing to compensate this experience except take my money and turn away. "
