Staff was great, attentive and courteous. They were able to check us in early for one of room, something that can be hard to find in nyc. Love the area, very peaceful, few block away from Central Park. Found a bagel place 3 blocks away a, trust me you need to try it. Best bagel ever .

The room was nice, staff was friendly. There were some pink mildew stains in the grout of the shower/bathtub, gives a little ick factor. Otherwise, everything was great.
