"Great location, but paying extra for parking and $35 a night when you are already paying almost 200 for the night is greedy. This is the first and last hotel I will ever stay at that does not include parking for its guests in the nightly rate. It was not transparent when making reservation. Also the entrance was very difficult to find and drive in to as well as very small room and bathrooms. The bed was uncomfortable and too hard with just a cheap mattress topper that still couldn't make the bed soft enough without pain in hips and back and shoulders for side sleepers. The check in process was very easy and quick, staff was very friendly and the lobby and decor was warm and inviting. "

"Clean room, indoor hot tub was closed, but amenities were solid overall. They need new paddles for the ping pong tables, not sure how anyone can play with the broken ones they have currently."
