Parking too far. I saw a episode that got me frustrated with my son . There's was a kid drawing in the pool, my husband jump to take him out and the lifeguard didnt realized he was in trouble. I will never go back to it.

It is an all-inclusive that charges for most of the amenities, food, and drinks!!! The rooms are in poor condition, the AC makes terrible noises, the bathroom didn´t drain, the night show was bad, and I couldn't sleep because of the noise in the room. The food is bad.
