Love the resort , just that most staff do not speak English and the night entertainment is not as enjoyable as that of the resorts in Mexico. I suggest the entertainment team especially learn English in order to make the English speaking guests feel welcomed.

Check in took over and hour. We suppose to have a personal butler service with Expedia to guide us and help us make dinner reservations for the restaurants, which they did not. We only had to eat the buffet food with was tasteless. Fry chicken was always dry and hard. The food was terrible overall. The rooms was ok, room service didn’t clean everyday. They would hang a do not disturb sign on your door so they don’t have to clean it. Which I did not hang. I wanted my rooms cleaned everyday. Had to beg for clean towels. They do not replenish the mini fridge in room. Bathroom was run down with molds, shower was broken. French an Italian restaurants was always closed so always had to eat buffet food. Our round trip transportation WB company did not come back to drop us off at the airport, Junior from WB rudely told us to take a taxi. So we ended up having to pay for a taxi when we had already paid WB transport for round trip. Overall we hated this trip to DR. Will not recommend this hotel nor WB shuttle service.

From a person that do leave reviews there was re reason for this one. The place was beautiful and clean but the staff was horrible during our stay we found only 3 staff members that were polite so mid way though our stay we defaulted to look for those specific one's since they were the only ones to deserve a tip and actually treated us well. Being dominican we expected to have a variety of food but it was the same food constantly (hibachi was definitely the best out of the entire trip). But you can only reserve 3 nights as specialty restaurants we stayed for 7 nights.Definitely will not be staying there again. Hope someone has a better experience than we did.

The rooms need maintenance. AC was not working properly, Mini fridge not working ok. Roaches in the room. Humidity smell in the rooms. The crew that suppose to animate were kinda off which made it kind of boring. Other than that drinks , food and the pool were great.

My toilet was clogged, i called multiple times and they dont pick up the phone. Always busy and never picked up, the buffet food is bad, limited, the snack bar is terrible raw hot dogs and same food for 3 days. We couldn't make reservations for any restaurants because they were booked for the n3xt 3 days. So i got there and i had to eat at the buffet everyday. The gave me this guy name soni and he didn't even responded my text msgs. Never saw him.

The chef making omelets for breakfast at the buffet on Sunday 17/08/25, was completely rude, ignorant, and a liar. He skipped my husband in line to flirt with the lady behind him and when it was my turn, he used one egg for my omelet and everyone else got 2. The lady behind me asked for 3 and he made it without an issue. I’m not sure why my husband and I were the unlucky ones. When I asked him about my omelet, he lied and said that he did use 2 eggs and that I probably just didn’t see him. However, they cook in front of us and there is no way I missed that as I watched the entire time. The size difference between my omelet and the person in front of me was very obvious. The bar tenders at the nightclub working on Friday 15/08/25 never took our drink order. There were 3 bar tenders in which they should have spread out and served people from all sides of the bar but all 3 of them were focused on one end of the bar only. Their casino only had a couple of slot machines to play, all other tables were being advertised yet they were closed our entire stay. They also advertised a Mario bros show one night. Everyone showed up to the theatre with their children and they put on an inappropriate Vegas show instead. No apologies were given nor explanation for the switch. As far as food, some days were good and others were bad. They didn’t have kid friendly food. Overall some staff members were nice but some were rude. Their kids club area was also closed. It was ok but wouldn’t stay again

The staff makes a face when you ask them something, they dint want to help you. The rooms had little air conditioner that barely worked. The water of the showers didnt have enough pressure. The buffet didn’t have a lot of variety of foods and it was the same thing over and over again, plus the floor in the buffet is really slippery that my grandma fell and broke her wrist and the hotel didnt want to be responsible for the hospital bill as a courtesy! I went to punta cana last year to a different hotel and it was amazing! Nothing compared to this one, i would never go back there.
