I actually really enjoyed my time there. I think if you are looking for a secrets or dream resort, this is not the right place but for the amount of money that we spent we had a fantastic time and was not disappointed. I would absolutely come back. I felt safe going off of the resort I liked all of the people. It felt very authentic and while most of the people did not speak English, there was enough English-speaking people that we were able to get across what we needed to also with the assistance of Google Translate.

We only stood one night so it was ok for one night. I would not have stayed any longer than that. I have to say that Amado staff member was friendly cordial helpful And accommodating. There were 3 of us and we all wanted separate beds, Indiana the staff at front desk was willing to accommodate us and sent Amado to show us another room that had 3 beds and the one that I reserved. When he showed us our room Which was really big but with only 2 beds and we suggested to him that if it was possible to get a cot or a small bed and by dinner time the twin size mattresses were in our room. Again for only 1 night this hotel served its purpose the hotel needs upgrade for such a beautiful location. the food was not hot the coffee was cold. Although the staff was always attentive at the buffet. Upon checking in Amado carried all 5 suitcases himself in two trips up 5 flights. And when checking out he also did the same with no complaints and very friendly. Would I return maybe but just for the day. Hotel has potential with the right upgrades

Great location. Right on the beach. Good selection of food at the buffet, with good service. Problems with our room keys malfunctioning and locking us out....quickly taken care of, but it meant returning to front desk repeatedly during our stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a 3 stars hotel which provides relatively good facilities and service for the price you pay for. Everything is fine but the poor wifi connectivity.
