The overall hotel seems to be under alot of construction. One of the elevators was out of service so you had to wait a few minutes every time for the elevator. The room itself was fine. Some lights from the headboard had been removed, but aside from that it was fine.

Hyatt Regency Times Square
Nice and clean with a great view of Times Square below, however no coffee maker in the room was very disappointing. Who wants to get dressed to have to go down 36 floors to get coffee?

Did not have breakfast. Room was clean. Staff was ok and not that helpful i.e. seemed to just doing their job and not willing to help when asking about booking bus to airport and other things.

The Belvedere Hotel
The Belvedere is a great hotel in Midtown. Room is spacious and has a small kitchenette. Doorman is awesome, we talked to him everyday and he gave great information.

The room was clean and met our needs. The staff was courteous and welcoming. We had to wait a considerable time to check in because it was busy.

Holiday Inn Express New York City Times Square by IHG
Room was fine and the staff was friendly, professional and great. Pillows weren't great (need new ones and firm ones). Need an employee elevator for washing laundry and need to update the current elevator. The breakfast was great, and hotel location was good.
