Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday.

I found that there was a mini fridge leak on the carpet on my last day that had the room smelling. Staff never told me that there was an ice machine on the 5th floor so I bought ice my entire trip. Everyone was friendly. They had real caged free eggs and potatoes on the breakfast bar which made eating there alright. I would stay again but next time I will demand accommodations and ask questions."

"The property was tucked away which I liked it was clean the staff were friendly and professional, they also had complimentary breakfast,,, there was a mishap with my extension that had all my things thrown away, 😔 disappointed about that but, the head of house keeping personally looked for and found almost all of my items, so in the end it all worked out."
