Comfy but loud

Hotel is clean and linens and beds are comfortable. There is a lot of noise, however. You can hear other guests if they're talking in the hall. Every room seems to overlook an atrium where the reception is. The atrium has a strong echo which also can be heard inside the rooms.

Convenient and friendly

The shower was a little difficult to work and tub was a little dirty. The bathroom light over the mirror went out but it was addressed right away so that was good. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service all around. Hotel was a great location for our stay.

The staff was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Transportation was excellent. MARTA is 5 minutes walk from the facility. Various food options within close proximity to the facility. As always Courtyard by Narriott is comfortable. The room and bathroom are clean and fresh( major for me).

Overall stay was nice. I had two issues first one was when checking in nighttime clerk was not at the desk. After waiting for approximately five minutes, had to call to inform the clerk I was outside, trying to check in. Also blanket was dirty, but the housekeeping came in resolve my issue. The location of the hotel is very ideal. Lots of eateries and things to do nearby. Would come back and stay again.

It is in a very convenient area with lots of attractive restaurant/dining options within walking disrance. Unfortunately, the hotel uses way too many plastic products and does not provide any recycling options- they could do MUCH better in this regard! Also, the room had only one chair for 4 visitors. We often had nowhere to sit!
