The hotel staff barely spoke and had few answers to simple questions. The outside stadium lights were bright and the room had inadequate shades to block them out. It is impossible to sleep when the room looks as though its daytime. It is so bright, even with the shades down, that we didn't have to even turn on room lights to see. There are no vending machines or a snack kitchen for late night cravings. The elevator down button on the second floor doesnt work and they had holes in the walls as if they were doing maintenance but I did not see workers during my 2 day stay. This place is very bad!

This was the most disappointing part of our trip. The hotel was dirty, and we felt uncomfortable throughout our stay. The staff were not friendly at all (except for one employee who appeared to be Asian, who was kind and helpful). One incident during breakfast was especially upsetting: an employee casually swept the floor right next to guests while people were eating, and then used the same broom to sweep the chairs that guests were sitting on. That was extremely unhygienic and made us feel very uneasy. If that’s how cleanliness is handled in public areas, it’s frightening to imagine the condition of other parts of the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

The staff especially in the morning was rude. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a smoke free facility. There were 2 roaches in my room and the shower had no running water. I understand sometimes when you have lower price hotel the quality is lower, but that is as just an overall bad experience.
