The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was with the hvac system in our room. It was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep with it.

Easy access to anything in the French quarter, and walkable to many other neighborhoods. Despite being right there on the edge of the French quarter, it didn't feel hectic. My room was pleasant and comfortable and the staff was an absolutely delight.

Nice location. Very lovely room. But the rest of the property was marginal. Some staff members were exceptionally kind. Others not. Breakfast was very disappointing (eggs and bacon were cold half an hour in and the breakfast room was dirty and very cold!). Not many offerings. I wouldn’t again.

The location of the hotel was great, just a couple of blocks from the French Quarter and Canal street. The Green trolly stops right in the corner of the hotel. The hotel was very nice and clean. Although the room was very small, other than that everything else was great.
