"Well situated hotel in the French Quarter."
This hotel is a very old historical building consisting of a series of cottages which give it a nice atmosphere to suit the area. There are two small swimming pools situated in the court yard with nice sitting area.A full breakfast is included with a nice choice. The hotel is very well priced and it is advisable to book on line for better deals.Valet parking is available but quite expensive-($36 per day ) and Icould not understand why I was charged substantially more for the last day.My room was comfortable but small with the bath a bit cramped and the door was very hard to close due to a bit of warping.Overall I would reccomend this hotel.

"New Orleans mansion"
We have visited New Orleans many times, but the Cornstalk was really excellent. Beautiful room, attentive staff, great front porch to sit and have coffee or cocktails, and none of the noise from Bourbon Street, which is a block away. Close to the gay bars, so this was a great choice for a gay couple. Highly recommended !!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the International hotel . The staff were welcoming and friendly . I loved the atmosphere and ambiance especially during the evening . The art pieces placed throughout the lobby were lovely .The live music and breakfast in the morning were a pleasant surprise ! "Great hotel. Perfect Location "
I just got back from my stay at the Mazarin hotel in the French quarter. I loved this hotel!! The rooms were wonderful, breakfast was great, and the staff was very sweet. I brought a noise- maker because I am a very light sleeper. You are half a block from Bourbon st after all. But yes, I would highly recommend this hotel. I miss it so much already. Great City.

"Peanut Butter at its best"
Nice hotel; Peanut Butter sandwiches at 10:00 is a novel idea. A breakfast buffet doesn't work well when there is little participation. Next time I will just order off the menu and hope everything is made fresh. Rooms are small but that was expected

"Nice hotel! Great location! Parking an issue "
The hotel was a great value! Clean, cozy room (little on the small side, but perfect for a couple), and a nice bathroom. Located on lee circle, this establishment is in a fantastic location. The only negatives I had were that the parking lot was small (I.E. No spots when we arrived), and the window to the room was to a walkway, and people could look in if the blinds weren't closed (not too big a deal, but this was an interesting surprise come morning time). I would definitely stay here again!

"Nice boutique hotel close to the French Quarter."
I found the boutique hotel to be charming and welcoming. The lobby is well appointed and a nice size for a boutique hotel. The staff was very accommodating and cordial. The hotel restaurant/bar served great drinks and had a friendly staff. I would recommend this property for a quick getaway, family reunion, romantic stay. The front desk clerk upgraded my room, since they do not always honor specific requests from third party bookings. Cynthia was gracious with a big smile. The room was a bit stuffy and I there was a slight smell of mold and dampness, but then again it's NOLA where the weather can be wet and humid. The carpet was old and I thought could be changed out - perhaps this is where the mildew and smell came from. However, having said this. I would definitely recommend and stay the the Bienville House again.

"Great NOLA stay"
The St James was a great stay! Our room was small but perfect for 2 people. Large clean bathroom! Our room was in the corner and had three huge windows that overlooked a balcony (that sadly we didn't have access too) overlooking Magazine! It was a short walk to Canal and Bourbon. In the morning we woke up to complimentary crossoiants, tea and juice brought straight to our room! We even got a later check out to stay in bed and enjoy it longer. No complaints!
