Great Hotel

It was an amazing stay, loved that it is close to the French Quarters and Superdome. All within walking distance great restaurants to eat. The staff were so nice, friendly and very helpful at all times. We will definitely stay here again!!

Needs renovations. Bathroom is severely stained in all 3 rooms I went in. The furniture is falling apart. I was stuck by a needle from the chair fixture. The showers needs renovations. The hallways stunks. The elevators lights were out and then started flickering.

Decent stay

It was more of a 3 star property in my opinion. The lobby didn’t seem upscale in anyway the hotel is creepy. There was buzzing noises all throughout the day, but the beds were comfortable. No complaints about the room itself, but the property is not four star. The location is decent. I guess I don’t know. I’m not from there, but there isn’t a lot going on and that area. The view sucks. The front desk agents were great and friendly.

The room was amazing beds comfy. Dabriella, Melissa, and Nate was the best great attitudes gave us a lot of insight on the city (New Orleans). I didn’t like the fact we asked for towels and cleaning and it didn’t happen so housekeeping sucks. No amenities were available so I don’t understand the $12 a day when I had to go get water which was supposed to be delivered with towels. No rooftop, no bar didn’t need dry cleaning, basic necessities should be provided with nightly room cost,
