This property is very dated and rundown. While the staff was very friendly and doing their best, the property itself is a mess! Nothing and I repeat NOTHING in our room was nice... Missing lightbulbs, stained and holey linens, broken faucet, loose toilet seat, knocking shower pipes, inconsistent water pressure/temp, scratched furniture, super loud mini fridge. The phone was from a different room and did not work. All the lamp shades had water marks, as if they'd been sitting in water. Most disappointing was the mattress which felt lumpy, so it was super hard to get a good night's sleep! We made the best of a really bad hotel choice, so our trip wasn't ruined. I won't be staying at an establishment I've never heard of again, but kudos to the employees for being so professional and kind under really bad building conditions!

Well upon check-in, I realized that the outlets were not working in my room there was only one available outlets in the room which was a big inconvenience,as I use a breathing machine at night and there weren’t many available outlets to charged my devices for me and my family.on the second day the room flooded out and wet up our clothes and I was told there was nothing they can do to assist us in drying our clothes .They redirected us to another facility that we had to pay for the laundry facilities our self . They also had hidden fees that were charged for the coffee or water that was in rooms .That they charged you for weather you use them or not . There were no restaurant available on the property and you didn’t know that until you booked your hotel and because I paid for my room in full there were no refunds ,as they took long to respond to me about rescheduling another hotel where they would have gave me my refund no other hotels were available as there was a concert in the area . As I was stuck to stay there until checkout . They moved me into another room that was smaller that my original rooom and I paid for a city view and the new room there was a view of a building. It was unfortunate that it was my first time in NOLA and I was very dissatisfied with the hotel .Also for the price I wish I had a better experience.

This wasn't a good experience. Restaurants/bars on the property were all under construction. The staff handed out ziploc bags filled with ice for those requesting it. The staff do not handle high-stress situations well. One of them was convinced i did not have a reservation because I used a third party, but when she looked into the reservation was indeed there. The bathroom was required a bit more detail to be considered clean. The bed was comfy.

The gentleman in the morning at the desk was very helpful with getting us checked in early. The lady at night is the reason for the 3 stars. I’ve been calling the front desk for about 10 mins for the WiFi code. No answer. I go down to the front desk to see her at the desk doing what looked to be school work. When I asked why she not answering the phone she changed the subject and asked “how can I help you?” All of the amenities were closed. Didn’t let us know until two days before the stay. By that time it was too late to cancel. No ice machine. No Microwave in the room. For the price I paid definitely would not stay there again.

The hotel overall was clean and decent location for what I was doing. My floor was pretty quiet I slept nice and the bed and pillows were comfy. The shower actually had hot water and not just warm water like most hotels. Loved that there was a full length mirror. AC worked but did get a little annoying because it kept cutting on and off after like 30 seconds because of the set temp. My husband does HVAC and said it shouldn’t cut on and off like that every 30 seconds and mentioned probably due to thermostat placement. The employee that checked me in (Bishop..I think was his name) was very nice and helpful. The other employees at the front desk..not so much they were pretty rude actually. The downfall was that the restaurant was closed and so was the bar so you had to go out to eat or DoorDash. Upon arrival the door handle almost came off I thought I broke it but was informed it was being replaced, a sign would’ve been nice since I could’ve gotten injured (next day it was completely removed). The internet was also down for a bit so a little inconvenient. The room had very little natural light so had to use the lamps all day. I wish the tv had streaming options like Netflix/hulu/or prime video, it’s 2025 who watches cable tv anymore. Also while the steam iron is easy to use I would’ve preferred a regular iron. The steamer was filthy inside like hard water residue and mold I rinsed out a few times and took precautions but my white shirt still got some gross dark specks on it.

The climate in the room was adjustable and pleasant. I like that they had a refrigerator in the room. However, they could not provide us with wash cloths for our 2nd day there. Also, there is a paid parking lot right across the street. Paid street parking available as well. Free street parking after 7pm Saturday until 7am Monday.

Overall the stay was good. However, there a couple of the things that bothered me. The restaurant on the rooftop was closed, there was no full body mirror in the room, and the phone didn’t work. Also, you could tell they were in the process of renovating, due to pictures missing in the walls.

Very clean room & friendly staff. I only stayed one night but would definitely come back. It’s located in the CBD so it’s walking distance to everything. 4 stars because there is some additional charges on my card that i’m unsure about and no one will answer the phone. I’m hoping it will just fall off with my bank. Would still come back!!
