Location was great. Housekeeping “threw away” items that were purchased at the French Market area and it was too late to replace. Manager was suppose to call the following day being that it was late once items were discovered missing. Never received a phone call or any compensation for the serious inconvenience. Will not book with this hotel again,

Front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful . Facilities were great. The only thing was the noisy A/C but it kept the room very comfortable.

We arrived at 5:30 after driving for 9 hours and our room was not ready to check into!! They told us they would text when it was, but after eating we went back to see if FINALLY, it was ready, and it was. So our plans for the evening were ruined as we could not check in, shower, change, and go to the french quarter for dinner. Instead, we had to choose a diner nearby in case they text us our room was ready. On top of this we paid $49 for parking that frankly should have been comped for us since our room was not even ready for several HOURS. The staff was great at the front desk, but frankly we will not be back nor will we recomend it to our friends. If your check in time is 4 then there is no excuse that our room was not ready when we arrived at 5:30. .

Good location in downtown New Orleans. From looking at travelocity you may think parking is free. It is not! It is 44 pee night with tax. Just be aware of that.
