"The first room we checked into smelled like vomit, so we switched. The second room smelled okay but wasn't properly cleaned - there was still a half-empty drink sitting on top of the fridge, there were bobby pins and hair elastics on the bathroom shelves and on the floor in the room, and the desk had clearly not been wiped down. Pretty icky overall. This was for EDC so I assume the cleaning staff was stretched suuuper thin. Not a ton of outlets in the room, and the outlet-equipped bedside lamps are janky at best. The bathroom didn't have a fan/exhaust and has one of those sliding doors with huge gaps so the whole room gets pretty humid after someone showers. A/C worked pretty good and it was pretty quiet overall even though we had a room directly facing the elevators."

"The property was clean and well maintained. When we checked in, the agent did not put my husband & son on the room reservation, so that caused an issue when we visited the pool….we had to go back and add them to the room. They also did not tell us how to request the room to be made up each day (through a text or putting service tag on door), so our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask to get new towels from a housekeeper in the hallway. We requested a late check out until 1 pm and they would only allow until noon, unless we paid an additional $20, despite us not arriving until after midnight when we checked in. They did not seem to care or be concerned about our satisfaction. The pool and other areas were great, with a convenient location, but not sure we will return!"

"Simple room. You get what you pay for, so it's a decent and peaceful stay. Staff is helpful but our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned before our check in. Used bottles were under the desks, and the sinks and bathtubs smelled a bit like sewage if you got close enough. Not too bad to deter me from booking again though."
