Dear Shell: The deposit is required from all of our guests, and we are sorry it took so long to check your room, we do have to do that as well for all guests, so it may take a couple of people are checking out with deposits it may take a few minutes, we are sorry that the pool closes at 8 pm, there has been a lot of complaints from guests that have to work, and are disturbed by the noise, so we have to take all guest needs in to consideration. Dear Anonymous Guest: Please accept our sincere apologies, the guest in the room next to yours and they "don't smoke" but they did in the room and we did charge them upon check out we are sorry that a lot of our guest disregard the No Smoking policy, I do not know why they would give you the wrong wifi, but I apologize that they, did we did have apples they were near the sink and we DID have bananas but believe me you would not have wanted them, they always send them green and uneatable, I can not say much about the language barrier, since most of the staff does speak that language but we are working on that the best we can. Thank you for letting us know about your stay, we appreciated you taking the time to let us know, and we hope that if you ever travel back to the Newark area you would come and visit.
