The room was WAY outdated. Paint pealing, Toilet seat was loose, Phone did not work, had to unplug the fridge to plug in the microwave, furniture looked like it came from good will. They left the pool uncovered which was green and disgusting. Whoever is in charge of maintenance should be fired today. Good: Staff was friendly, Our beds were clean and comfortable, Applebee's right next door, 5 miles from UDEL.

Room was dirty. Looked like blood stains on the ceiling above the stained sofa. Bathroom floor and walls had unidentifiable stains. Bed was uncomfortable. Our room was next to the office and their living quarters. Very inconsiderate about the amount of noise they were making especially with their children. Television did not work at all despite our best efforts and believe me, we tried everything. One night was enough at this place. Thankfully, we were headed back home a few hours away. We just stopped to rest up for our drive and rest we did not get. I would never stay or recommend this place to anyone.

For some reason, housekeeping entered our room when we were not there. I only know this because towels were folded, although the beds were not made. No one should enter your room. Since when did they do this? There wasn't even a door sign for me to put on the outside of the door saying to please do not enter. I would not stay at this property ....ever.

The check in itself was very easy , the ladies at the front desk was very nice and respectful. The room was nice and clean for the most part. The bathroom could’ve used a little more TLC. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the TV worked and had good channels. There is a microwave in the room but I didn’t have use for it so idk if it worked or not. The refrigerator doesn’t not get as cold as it should. Other than that the room was perfect. The inconvenience I had was the steps being “out of order”. I had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel to get to the steps when there is steps right outside my room that was “out of order”. Beautiful , peaceful stay and will stay again if ever need be.
