The place is a mess, we were charged $ 240,20 when the actual rate on the bill was $190.20. The bed looked like the sheets hadn't been changed in over a week, we had a mouse in our room which woke us up at midnight eating a candy bar that was still in the rapper. All in all, If travelocity can't do a better job, I will no longer use them !!!

Would not recommend to my worst enemy, the sheets and towels were dirty and they had the wallpaper in the room being held up by tape. There was mold in the air vents, there were pieces of bugs in the sheets and I had to be changed to a different room which was only slightly better but still very dirty.The bathrooms were also disgusting SAVE YOUR MONEY !!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Where should I begin? I've never seen a hotel this much dirty before. Not sure if my room was ever cleaned (or not used for a long time?).... There were hairs everywhere (on the chair, bathroom floor, bathtub and etc). The carpet had many stains and was not vacuumed at all. The blankets and sheets on the beds had some stains also so we had to wipe them. Some of them didn't come off so we used only one bed. Still couldn't use the blankets. There were 2 little black oval shape things on the floor next to the refrigerator cabinet.... looked like mouse droppings. The lamps were covered with dust. The coffee machine was also covered with dust and just plain dirty. The bathtub was almost clogged so we couldn't take a shower. We found out about this past 11 p.m. and it was too late to call manager/cleaning lady to fix it.... Glad that we planned to stay there for one night only. The door was dirty too.... I took some photos of the room and the stuffs in the room and will see if Travelocity allows to upload some photos
