The hot tube was not in working condition. Pool was very cold! The front desk personal, Cristina, did his best efforts to find a way to turn on the heater in the pool, so we are grateful for their help. The room floor and tube were not the cleanest. No complimentary coffee in the morning except for the cheap coffee makers in the room. Quite disappointing when considering the price.

Expected better from Marriott.

I had booked 2 kings rooms and instead received two rooms with 2 queen beds each. It was awkward, as the rooms were occupied by my husband and I in one room, and my mother-in-law in the other. Also, if there is any price difference between a king room versus a double-occupancy room, this was not disclosed to us. I am concerned we received lesser value rooms for the money we paid. Also, the front desk informed us that our booking was made "the day before" according to our reservation. However, the rooms were booked about a week ahead of time. there should have been no need for us to be squeezed into rooms other than the types that we booked. The pool area was dirty and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. Bathroom walls were slimy. The drain apparatus in our room was dismantled and not put back together by maintenance staff prior to our stay. The hotel seems understaffed.

The air conditioning was broken. And the food there was pre cooked could have had a better food selection. But the pool and hot tub was good. And the room was clean and comfortable. The customer service there was amazing and so was the tv as well.

One staff member was rude when we checked in, the rest were nice at least. I left my $200 Columbia coat either in the weight room or my room when I checked out, but the front desk said it was not returned to them, so someone stole it. I only chose this hotel for the indoor pool, but the indoor pool was closed. It was disclosed on their website (I discovered after check-in), but not Expedia when I was booking it. I paid a lot MORE to have the indoor pool amenity than I would have paid for a hotel in the city without a pool. The rude staff member when I checked in never offered an explanation or apology for the closure when I explained to her I that I booked this hotel for the indoor pool. Additionally, a local told me the pool had been closed for months for renovation, but upon observation of the room there was no renovation taking place. I will NEVER stay at a Courtyard Marriott ever again. And oh yeah, no free breakfast, they were charging $2 for a banana! And oh yeah, the washers and dryers were apparently broken, not sure if Expedia is claiming that is an amenity, but they are not available just so you know.

Excellent location, near many restaurants, etc, but tucked nicely off the main road. Lovely grounds. I wish breakfast was included in the price. We were in town for a wedding, it was a quick drive to the venue and the sites of the area.
