The lobby is beautiful. The rest of the building.. yikes. Paint cracking and falling, our fire detector chirped randomly around 11:30 PM, every 30 seconds. Had to get someone to come investigate. Didn’t seem like any air in the hallways of the building. You can hear everything in the halls from the room. Soooo many carpet stains. Looked like blood stains on the bathroom wall. It felt like I was at a Motel 6. I really questioned if the building would collapse. Never again.

One elevator not working again. Staff said they were waiting on a “part”. The elevator has not been working for a while. Last year or the year before the elevator was not working. Staff are always friendly and personable. Elevator needs fixed. Could be seen as a sign that property not being properly developed.

The outside is not appealing however when you enter the hotel it’s bright with contemporary decor. I give it 3’star because of the sewer smell in the hallways. The front desk sprayed the first floor but it didn’t help. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Someone opened my room door just before 12 am. I had on the deadbolt so they were not able to enter all the way. I did not request any room service so there was no reason to enter. I let front desk and customer service know but no one was seen. It was very unnerving.

Not the best stay

They would not let me book my room because of the time it had to be booked by so we had to pay a $100 then all of my others teammates. We were there for a baseball tournament. I am a Hilton rewards member. I look at my receipt and it has a completely wrong address on it that’s not my address , so I need. To call the hotel now. I waited for over an hour and half for towels and wash cloths and also a blanket . The elevators sounded like they were going to stop everytime we got on them . The showers in a king room are very small. I had to get a king room because supposedly there was no double rooms available .
