The room was very nice, however we were charged 2 times for internet. There is also no complimentary breakfast for guests.

My say at the Westin was not good. I came in town of a wedding and Westin was recommend for the wedding party. I arrived at the hotel to check in and had trouble getting to the entrance because the road was under construction. We had to step in rocks, puddles of mud, and go through barriers, all of this form parking lot of the hotel, me and my wife’s shoes were ruined! we get to the counter to check in and the receptionist barley spoke to us and was not informative at all. I had to ask what’s my room #, where is the elevator, and what was the password to the WIFI? This is after I had the key card and walked back to where my wife was. There was someone else being check and I over hear the other receptionist explaining these things to them. the worst part of the night was when it was time for me to get some sleep. around 12:30 people in the room next to me were having a loud party and it keep me up! After about 30 mins I called down stairs for the first time and they said they would send someone to that room. That didn’t work because the people just got louder and started playing music that keep me up for the next hour and half. I called down a second time was told they would send someone up once again it took an additional 30 minutes before the noise stopped. This stay was just the worst! No good access, no good customer service, and no sleep for hours, my stay was just the worst and it is unacceptable!

Loud. Looks classy, but its a "party place". Room AC loud like a train. Sink n toilet unusually noisey too. Looks fancy, must have been factory seconds... Internet not included? Seriously, at this price? Not even coffee or Continental breakfast included? Two new hotels going up next to this place, hoping for better choices.....

The bed had a stain from start and it wasn’t change the next day booking was not correct for 3 adults had to argue to move

Good value

Fine value for the money. I would say best hotel in its class. I have been going to Wilmington foe 13 yrs and I have a fair idea of all the hotels in the area. Beware the kitchen staff. They consistently get the orders wrong. The quality of the food is subpar considering the wonderful service otherwise.
