"We generally enjoyed our stay at Polaris. We thought that the property was well designed. There were a few things that I would have liked to have known in advance. We booked a two queen. mountain view room. The room we were in was at the very end of the hall. We did sort of have a mountain view, but our view was mostly employee parking lot and highway, not close to the picture on the website. We did not go and complain since we booked through Expedia and we thought that was more of an Expedia issue than a hotel issue. We went mostly to relax at the pool. The pool is quite small and with three or four kids in it, it is fully taken over and not very relaxing. The hotel is mostly for conventions so the facilities fluctuated between mobbed and relatively empty. The facility in general is very nice and clean. Our room was very clean. The views from the main hall were lovely. The gym equipment was good quality. The price for a latte at the Cafe was not too high. The bartenders were generally nice, but we spent $50 on two martinis. They did not ask if we had a preference of vodka. My husband said his tasted watered down so that seemed pretty steep. We understand that hotel prices are always higher for drinks but it still seemed really high. I think it is a great hotel for business or a convention, maybe not as much for a mini break."

"The stay was great but for the price and considerating we stayed for three nights, there was no place to wash your clothes and they could have a least had a breakfast buffet your something free, you literally had to pay extra for everything ice was from the machine was the only free amenity. The waterpark should also consideration have a hot tub for adults or a lazy river or adult only time there is nothing really for adults to be able to escape for a moment "
