"No pool, no elevator, EV station would not work and no help from the front desk on how to get it to work. When we learned that there were no elevators we asked for a ground floor room since we both have mobility issues and were told we would have to pay an extra fee for a ground floor. Since we were only staying the one night we had to deal with the stairs. When we got to our room the door would not close properly. The bed was hard as rock and had a horrible sleep. Unable to download the app after trying with two different phones multiple times and the number that it said to call was not in service so we had to go elsewhere to charge our car. The restaurant was excellent which was the only saving grace."

"I was heading to Niagara for a wine festival and booked to staying overnight at the Casablanca. I unfortunately had a multi vehicle high speed accident on the highway. I was badly injured and headed to ER in an ambulance. My husband called to advise them that we would not be now to attend, and to just charge our credit card, and the lovely woman who answered the call AA uses us that she would just cancel the booking with no charge. With such fantastic customer service I will definitely book again."
