The room can use some updating. It is dark and small with the king bed. Only chair is an office chair at the desk. The 'patio' had 2 old chairs outside. Not inviting to sit outside to enjoy the view. No elevator. The bathroom shower head has no water pressure. The weekday breakfast was poor. Only bread for toast, a few bagels and instant oatmeal. Booked on website. The additional $18 'facility fee' at checkout was not a good surprise. It should be included in the total cost for a fair comparison to the other hotels. They also charged a higher room rate then quoted. I had to asked to get a reduction. Overall, I will not return to this hotel.

Despite being an older type of building, the hotel is in good condition. Recent paints and designs. Well taken care of inside and outside. Our room on second floor seemed/were larger than those of a typical hotel. Everything is clean and spaces have no smells. A large balcony in a room with a view of water and the local marina is a big bonus. I would stay for another night just for it. Nice swimming pool, though it would be better to have a hot tub also. The dining area is beside of Main Desk lobby, so meeting space with low couches and tables is used during breakfasts. May be some separation of space needed and/or modern multifunctional furniture that is convenient for dining as well. The building is a three-story high with the Main Desk on the middle floor. It is a parking level and convenient to use. However, there is no elevator. It seems strange that Ramada can not afford to build one even beside main walls. There are some rooms on the main floor, but for the rest of capable walking individuals, be prepared to carry your luggage using stairs one floor up or down. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the whole hotel was very clean. Front dest check-in and check-out staff was wonderful. The view from our room was breath taking and we also overlooked the marina and lake from our table during breakfast. We would definately stay again when we are in the area.

Great stay. The only thing I would mention is on Saturday night into Sunday am … we were in Room 320. The room next to us … they were yelling and carrying on until about 2am. I did not hear them but they woke up my husband who had his hearing aids out! I had ear plugs in so I did not hear them. I wish my husband had called the front but he did not! Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I read a lot of reviews and was aware of the Resort Fee charge ($18 per day), but I’m still irked by it. I tested a booking on the Wyndham site and the fee was never disclosed. Automatic loss of a star rating. Other than that, it was fine. Room was clean. Breakfast was well stocked (bagels, donuts, muffins, yogurt) if you go early enough. Coffee too. Didn’t try the pool but seemed clean. Location and view was nice. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was paper thin walls. Could hear everything. Walking in the room above, chatting in the hallway. Wasn’t too busy however the night we stayed over. We wanted a cheap option near Niagara for a quick stop on our way to the falls. Worked out well!

It was not a great experience at all. 0/10 stars. The hotel has been under construction for 2 years and has not even completed the renovations. The construction workers are not as great We pre-booked a room and there were none available when we arrived.

Unfortunately no soundproofing in rooms and dog barking in room next door plus doors slamming from 7am on. Curtains do not even come close to blocking out light. Hotel added on a 15$ fee after hotel booking for “breakfast” which was 5 slices of bread- no juices, no fruit, no muffins nothing else out at 845am. Definitely a budget hotel for a less than budget price.
