Cozy suite in downtown Wausau.

Whether you are in Wausau for business or pleasure, the downtown location of this large and cozy suite is perfect. Our world class hospital complex is just ten minutes away. In less than 15 minutes you’re at Granite Peak! After a day on the slopes, come back to warm up and then head out on an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, museums, and the Grand Theater. Even though you are right downtown, the street is quiet and safe. My goal is for you to have a Wausome experience!

All the amenities are provided for you, including a kingsize bed, luxury linens, bathrobes, Keurig coffee machine and gourmet coffee, refrigerator, microwave, as well as drinks and snacks. Relax and enjoy cable television or stream your favorite apps. There is also a dedicated work space in the suite, and the free wi-fi signal is fast.

Our amazing YMCA facility is located just across the street with an olympic size swimming pool, whirlpool, cardio floor and free weights. Don't skip a day of your health routine. I would be happy to arrange a free day pass for you.

No need to keep up with keys, as access to the suite is managed with a keypad on the door. Your comfort and security are priority to me, and there is an additional keypad to access the floor where this suite is located. You will be given all the codes and instructions for entry prior to your arrival. Check-in and check-out is contactless, however, I am available if you need me for any issue at all or just want to say hello.

No matter the season, this suite is the perfect launchpad for skiing, hiking, biking, fishing or just exploring the many activities and beautiful scenery we enjoy here in the Wausau area all year long.

This suite is one of nine located on the second floor of a commercial building. There is lots of free parking next to the building during the day, as well as paid parking in a public lot across the street. Overnight parking is not allowed on the street during the hours from 2:30 am to 6 am, however, I do provide free overnight parking for you in a private lot a half a block away from the building.

We are almost finished restoring the first floor of this historic building where this suite is located. No worries, though, the noisy work is well behind us and all is quiet.

Great place, great location
Stayed for a few nights since I had to be in town for work and it was perfect. Little desk for getting work done. Mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave all stocked with a few goodies to get me started. Few blocks from downtown and close to walking path. Felt secure, safe, and very clean. Lesli was a great host! Looking forward to being back again in the future.

It’s places like this one that make me never want to stay at a hotel chain again. It has the ease and cleanliness of an upscale hotel, with the comfort of a home. She has thought of all the extra details that made it a perfect stay. It’s really the little things that put it over the top like wine glasses and a bottle opener, sleep masks, pop corn, creamer for your coffee and even little cookies. All the linens were top notch as well. The location can’t be beat, we were an easy walk from everywhere we wanted to go. We also appreciated that she left a list of restaurants close by as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We only stayed one night, but it was very nice. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable and the layout of the room was great. The location can't be beat for enjoying downtown Wausau. The host was great - very informative and responsive with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

I totally enjoyed this apartment and the location was ideal for walking to coffee shop, grocery store, restaurants, etc. The host was very prompt answering my check in questions. I would definitely stay here again and plan to do so in the future.

Lovely location
We had a lovely time. The room is comfortable and cozy. There are steep stairs to get to the second floor but the location is well worth it. Cute restaurants and shops right on the same block.

This is a really nice spot, in a great location! Everything was as advertised, it has a lot of natural light. It is an apartment and the walls aren't super sound-proof, so we could sometimes hear noises from the hallway or the apartment next door. This wasn't an issue for us, but just something to know!

Great location and accommodations
A perfect little spot for a couple or single traveler. I stayed there on a work trip and it was cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the convenience for walking to restaurants was nice. The only downside is the parking and the curtains in the room don’t block out the lights at night very well.
