Exquisite Brand Newly Renovaged 5-bedroom house Unbeatable location in WaterMill

Experience Water Mill like a Hamptons socialite in this 5-bedroom house right near the beach. With 2 king beds, 1 twin bed, and 2 queen beds, this superb property offers a luxurious retreat for guests. This house is newly renovated with state of the art technology, gorgeous Art and brand new amenities (appliances bathrooms etc). Our family uses this house year round and we are only very selectively allowing rentals this summer. We host many gatherings and you can, too!

This house also features a standard size gunite pool and pool house with extra living space. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked. There are 2 sets of washer/dryers, 2 dishwashers, and a full set of Wolf/SubZero appliances.

There is a primary bedroom with spacious anteroom/office, a room with 2 twin beds set up nicely for children, a room with full size bed upstairs. All have en suite bathrooms. Downstairs there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom. We have a separate living room and dining room, plus a den with a massive TV for enjoyment. Outdoors we have 3 decks on each level, all customized with furniture. There is a fire pit downstairs for evening activities.
