"This is my second stay at KL. I liked my first stay (combination of spacious rooms, accessible location, reasonable rates) I decided to come back. I stayed in a unit with the loft...the unit was visually appealing but just OK. Spacious... yes. But I was underwhelmed. The bed was full size (was hoping for a queen)... though the staff was VERY helpful with my request for them to change the mattress...and they did so ASAP. The idea of having a 2nd floor in a hotel room sounds great (the pictures look good), but the working area in the loft can get warm since the cold air from the AC blows downward and settles there. It was not oppressively hot, just not comfortably cool, especially when working. A fan being available in the unit would have helped. Also, there were not enough well positioned outlets in the unit so hard to keep devices charged close by. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I liked that there were 2 baths in the unit since there were 2 of us. Would likely come back... but probably choose a different (single level) layout."
