Beautiful, convenient location and the staff was accommodating and nice. Would definitely stay here again while in Manila.

The staff at the front desk are so unprofessional. You don’t leave customers and make them wait while one of the staff keeps going to the office. The way they handle checking in people is inefficient.

I requested scramble eggs with cheese for breakfast, I was told the cheese would cost me extra and I said it was fine. She then left and returned and told me to just eat what was on the buffet it’s the same thing and save my money. I was insulted.

We had a wonderful stay at Microtel very nice view Manila Bay and just step away at Mall of Asia, the staffs are nice and friendly and the breakfast buffet are yummy and surely I will go back at this hotel.
