Great flight from DFW to Japan. Really enjoyed the Premium Economy seating on Japan Airlines.
Very friendly staff, very professional. Overall experience is so wonderful.
The flight was nice but one of the bathroom isn’t easy to lock. Please fix or @ least put up a sign.
Except for baggage got delayed. Overall excellent trip
Attempted to take a friend’s seat that I knew would not be on the flight due to an emergency. Was told I’d have to pay extra although the seat was already paid for.
First time I wass given snack by PAL. I have flown to different places via PAL never I have snack, given in the midst of journey.
The tv did not work
Happy with everything except the delayed connecting flight for so many hours without a valid reason. Boarding process not organized .
We had a safe flight, that's the main thing😏

Taxis are common, but we'd recommend avoiding any drivers who try to solicit you and only taking prepaid, metered, or official cabs available inside the airport. Some of the bigger downtown hotels will book you a private car, which gives you more freedom of movement, but tends to be more expensive than a taxi. Alternately, you can ask for a private car yourself inside the terminal. Public transit is also available via the Manila Light Rail Transit System, the city's metropolitan rail system. The nearest station is Baclaran Station, which is a short taxi ride from the airport.
