The staff. The staff was simply amazing. Everyone from the valet to reception to the concierge to the executive lounge and everyone in between. Each person was friendlier than the next. The rooms are great, the amenities are excellent but the staff was next level. When I return to Manila this is the only hotel I will I stay at.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very kind and receptive. If I was to be critical on only two thing that I noticed the shower stalls were half the size of what you would expect I felt kind of claustrophobic in the shower stalls, since we had to leave early before the restaurant open for breakfast they gave us a lunch bag and the sandwiches were not fresh so we ended up not eating them because it did not taste well and we did not want to get sick. Other than that. Everything was fine. I would stay here again.
