Considering the price, its still a good deal. The room was okay, but the toilet and shower were a bit run down. Some of the pillows were old and too firm. I asked for new ones and we were given extra pillows that were better. Management and staff are great. Very accommodating.

Pros price and proximity where I need to go Cons room ok bathtub peeled off . Old floor towel old and dingy Pointers which I was not aware of that there are 2 . . city center hotel . Look well where you’re booking . One hotel has Grand in the name . Where we are at it’s plain City Center . I wish we did the grand to see the difference. But I will never be back to this hotel Breakfast is Ok to me . During our first time to do breakfast , the place was loud conversation of hotel staffers and all hanging by the elevator. Plates used by guest all were filing up on each table. I can no longer bare the noisy conversation and filing dirty plates I asked for the manager . They say he is in his office . I asked who the team leader of the group . That I need to talk to . Queeny presented herself . She’s a sweet lady listened to my observation . It’s not a negative comments but something to improve on. I am a Filipino and just came from Japan . We saw the difference in these 1 countries. Queeny positively took my advise The next day , we saw the differences . greatly improved . I am a proud Filipino and their actions reflect back to me . Thanks Queeny for listening

I had a concerning experience during my stay when my AI glasses were taken from my room. After accusing an employee of theft, the management searched my belongings and acknowledged that they would compensate me for the loss. However, I have yet to receive payment. The rooms themselves were also problematic, with mold and a broken shower door in the first room, and roaches and leaky air-conditioning in the second. While the breakfast and door staff were excellent, the management's failure to keep promises and be truthful was a significant letdown. This stay, which was meant to be a birthday gift, turned out to be extremely disappointing.
