There were a variety of issues with our stay at Hotel 101 that made this experience one of the worst ever. The front line staff is very good, however Hotel 101 is one of the most poorly managed and maintained properties I've ever seen.

It's an older hotel, but the rooms are spotless, the staff is always ready to help, very attentive. I have been staying there when I'm in town for a few years. And I have never regretted it. Mall of Asia is within walking distance, there are plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 right around the corner. I recommend it.

Hallway are dirty and the bathroom walls were run down. However room and beds were clean. Front desk was very courteous and polite. I will say that the airport shuttle is not included in the price. We called to schedule one and they said it would cost 1300 pesos. It is cheaper to rent a taxi through Grab.

Prime location near Mall of Asia (MOA) – just a quick walk to dining options, fast food, and luxury restaurants. Seamless check-in, basic yet spotless rooms with hot water = comfy stay! 😊 Staff are the real MVPs – the porter greeted us with a smile, the front desk crew, housekeeping, and security were all professional, friendly, and eager to make our stay wonderful. Special shoutout to Customer Service Manager Carlos Tobias for personally checking on our stay – that's top-notch service! Food was a hit – seafood dinner and burgers were 🔥!
