The room was clean ..front desk was kind and helpful but concierge personnel need to get retrained .. I ask one of the worker to call a grab and he said I need to used my cellphone to call.. the reason why I ask him because i do not have a local number and don’t have grab app either . I will not ask him to call for me if i have a local phone as I lived abroad. Anyway , he went all the way to the back grab phone call for me.. thank you

We stayed at room 827 for a night and bathroom is clogged and flooding from the shower to the sink, microwave was also broken. During check in there was 2 check in agent and when we approached the guy who check us in he was not happy to help us. I will not go back to this hotel again.

First room had blood on the sheets. Under the sheets the under cover had more stains not sure what it was. The mattress was dirty under it on the sides as well. They moved us to another room. That room the air con froze the next day and it was so hot. They had to move us to another room that was waaaay nicer than the the other two rooms. They should just put us there to begin with. Staff was respectful and kind.
