The first time I stayed there the front desk was busier, but staff stayed positive, polite and courteous even though they were so busy. They let us know within minutes that our room was ok and we could leave. However, the second time we stayed the front desk clerk told us to wait 5 minutes while our room was checked, about 15 to 20 minutes later I walked up to the front desk clerk to inquire as about the room being checked and he stayed that yes it was ok to leave. While I waited I noticed the 2 front desk clerk’s joking around and maybe this is why they didn’t notify me that the room had been checked. This was on Sept 12 2025.

The room was clean ..front desk was kind and helpful but concierge personnel need to get retrained .. I ask one of the worker to call a grab and he said I need to used my cellphone to call.. the reason why I ask him because i do not have a local number and don’t have grab app either . I will not ask him to call for me if i have a local phone as I lived abroad. Anyway , he went all the way to the back grab phone call for me.. thank you
