Almost everything was great from the friendliness of the security to all the staff. Polite and courteous. But I will give 4/5 rating for the cleanliness. Towels even fresh from laundry needs to be completely change. (Throw the old ones and change to a brand new towels). Please check your linens and towels before you let your clients reuse them.

I feel like this hotel ripped me off. Period I didn’t know I was booking a single room with a twin bed. A guy, my size 6 feet tall. Rather than simply give me a room with a double bed or full bed, I ended up having to pay 1500 pesos extra. This is not classy. This is not hospitable. And then, it wasn’t actually a fool or a queen size bed. It was two twin beds, put together most inconvenient, and uncomfortable. Hope to never stay here again.

Shower room has no proper water stopper/cover. Water splashed out the toilet floor when you take a bath. Molds on the corners of shower walls. Only 2 towels available, no face cloth and hand towels. No flat iron, no kettle,no fridge,no robes. just a empthy space with a bed. I'm expecting when I stay in a hotel for comfort and convenience. Anyway kudos to the polite,kind and helpful security guards,frontdesk,bellboy,and housekeeping staff.
