we were charged 1200 pesos for a 5 min transfer from the air port to the hotel. On booking it was advertised that this was a courtesy transfer but in flight the hotel sent an email advising of the cost which we didn't receive until we had undertaken the transfer. We were not advised of the cost by the driver. We caught a taxi from the hotel to the airport for 100 peso the next morning. This appears to be a clear ripoff by the hotel.

Overall, everything was okay, including the private airport van. However, there was an issue with the room service. Upon checking in, the receptionist mentioned that they would follow up on the bath towel, but an hour later, it still hadn’t arrived. I called the Guest Relations Team about the towel, and they said they would contact someone shortly. However, after a few hours, it still hadn’t been delivered. Fortunately, I came across a supply staff member on my way out for dinner and requested a towel. He handed me one and apologized, saying he was already tired and that it was the only towel left. I also called the Guest Relations Team again to request assistance with picking up the luggage at exactly 11:40 a.m. and a van for 11:45 a.m., but the concierge arrived at 11:50, and the van still hadn’t been arranged. But overall, most staffs we're great like the host of the breakfast buffet, the front desk of the pool and gym, and the other guy at the reception upon checking out.
