Everything else was amazing, the service, the staff and price-wise great! The only thing I want to point out was the funky sewer-like smell inside our room and in the hallways. I guess they need some sort of hotel scent diffuser around.

Great location, but ruined by plumbing issues While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, the room itself was uninhabitable due to a strong sewage odor. We noticed it shortly after checking in; it seemed to get worse whenever the water was run or the AC was on.

A positive or negative experience at any facility is greatly affected by the staff one encounters. This is my third stay at Savoy (1.32mi from T3 MNL) and great experience with staff (front desk, security, support, etc), in particular to mention Audie, who went above and beyond to make sure my room has the hot water I requested, arranged for Grab to get me to the right Terminal (T2 this time) with the right fare, etc please keep up the good work, and finish your renovations. Happy New Year.

Description on expedia mentions a shuttle, either there isn't any or it's more expensive than a cab from the airport. It's walking distance from the walkway though if you're capable of some narrow sidewalk and the weather and whatnot. Staff were good to us. Nothing knockout nothing terrible.

The first room we got is unsatisfactory because the bathroom was smelly, it wasn’t cleaned at all. The hallway/ room smelled like MOLD. Very unhealthy. The building doesn’t have enough ventilation. Picture in the ad looks nice but it’s deceiving, room doesn’t have enough space, it’s cramped.

Our room smelled like mold so we asked to switch but the other room across the hotel also smelled, just not as bad. The beds are small as are the rooms. I suggest staying at a different hotel if you need to stay by the airport.
