Paid for 3 adults but put us w/ 2 single beds & portable on in the middle on top the room was already cramped & quite small hence mobility was tight & difficult to move around. No 3rd towel & one, small toilet paper. Belmont Hotel was far better w/ a full bed & single one. Amenities at breakfast felt staff tried us in order to seat incoming guests

The hotel location is convenient and close to the airport. We have stayed at this hotel before and it is showing some wear and tear in some areas of the property. The room that we were given on the 4th floor did not have any hot water. But since we were only staying for 1 night, it wasn’t worth the bother of requesting to move to another room. We also found the mattress of the bed to be on the soft side. I suppose it is a personal reference when it comes to the firmness of the bed. On the positive note, all staff are friendly and polite.

Basic airport hotel with small rooms but can walk to hotel from Terminal 3 but it’s a bit of a hike & directions are not straightforward. Ask an airport employee for directions to sky bridge that takes you out of the terminal. You can walk a few blocks to hotel. Area seems safe & there are many restaurants but if you walk a block away, area seems to get worse. Nice breakfast that opens early if you have early flight.
