The staff was friendly and responsive to room service and other requests. The place was very clean. The gym had a variety of equipment. Savoy is also across from the airport, which was extremely convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room safe didn't work. The over charged for the buffet breakfast, about $16 per person. We had to flag down a staff member to get water refilled and our bill, and they didn't come across as very friendly. The pool was nice. We had higher expectations.

I was calling no one answers. I spoke to them personally regarding tv issues they told me they are sending someone but no one did. In the morning i was trying to make some coffee but the wall socket doesn’t match the kettle cord i called expressing my frustration they gave me the adaptor but it’s the kettle that is the problem. I checked in at 10 pm i was told room service is 24 hrs but no one answered my call to place my order. I waisted my $80. Close to the airport but the service sucks!

I like how it’s close to the airport and very convenient to ask for grab or taxi from their concierge or reception. Savoy has been my to-go-hotel whenever I’m in manila and so far my overall experience has been great!

This hotel is walking distance from the International Airport. Although it is close to the airport, it is surprisingly quiet inside. The hotel is maintained well and is kept nice considering the age. All staff are very friendly and will help you with anything you may need. This 4 star hotel works hard to keep its great reputation.
