Hotel location is very convenient, surrounding area has transportation, restaurants and shopping places. The place was clean and looks well taken care of. Few things I don’t like is that the room cleaning service is only done every 4th day of stay and the fact that they kicked us out of the pool due to covid restriction and to find out they were wrong on understanding the guidelines. We were allowed back but they should first understand the rules and reatrictions prior to telling guest they aren’t allowed on certain areas of the hotel specially the pool which was one of the main reason my family selected this hotel.

Location: Very close to araneta which was primary reason for staying
