Close to everything, safe, and clean. There was no available room for us when we checked in, and although they finally upgraded us, it was not until 8pm. They could have done it a lot earlier so we can rest. The reason why we stayed in Manila for a night is so we can rest before getting into a 14 hour flight back to Los Angeles. So instead of spending our day resting, we were waiting and trying to “kill” our time waiting for a room to become available. It’s not what we were expecting for a high end hotel such as Hyatt.

hotel was dirty and stank of smoke. staff was not rude but very unprofessional and seemed to lack care for their customers. when we arrived nobody helped with the luggage when we exited the taxi. i opened the door before someone came along and held it open. the toilet was clogged all night. food was good but menu is very small. could not wait to leave that nasty place. i will never stay there again. Manila has many other fine hotels to choose from. I've stayed at many of them. thought i would try hyatt. it was a mistake

Nice hotel, centrally located.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Better temp control in the room. We got a bit cold while we slept.
Location: Centrally located. 5-10 minutes from Air Port, Mall of Asia, restaurants. If you like casinos they have a very nice on on the grounds.
Great place to stay. Centrally located close to expressway and skyway for ground travel. Staff were very friendly and cheerful. Doorman Edman and Security person Darly help us out when a taxi tried to turn off meter and charge us 3 times the amount for a function we were headed to. they contacted the taxi company because Edman had written down all information before we left the hotel. ALL MY WIFE AND I CAN SAY IS GREAT CARING STAFF!!!!!!!

Amazing stay

I was in Manila for two days and my hubby booked this hotel for me. Wow! I thought I was in Las Vegas. Top notch all the way and will stay here again if I’m in Manila.

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Everything.
Cons: None.
Location: Onsite casino, clubs and restaurants.
Staff service is superior. The room, hotel facilities like gym, pool, spa are top notch standard. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will recommend it to family/friends.
