The room was sparse with dishware and seating but the shower in particular was laughable, if not but for the fact we had to use it. The shower would go from working fine one minute to zero water pressure the next minute. That’s a crazy way to take a shower. Awful

Excellent Resort Hotel. Spacious rooms with deluxe amenities. 2 pools with lower for kids and rooftop only for adults. The view from the top was amazing and there was service from the Tigress Restaurant/Bar. Close to Mercado and lots of fine restaurants. The hotel was very pet friendly.

There were no towels on the room. I had to ask five times to get some. The room was very clean, but the staff there are subpar. The vinyl flooring makes for a loud stay. You can hear was sounds like people moving furniture all night. I would not stay here again.
