Hotel very nice, clean, pretty. We brought our small dog, which we knew there would be a pet fee, however when 150 dollar charge was added on for pet cleaning of the room. after being charged 100 pet fee , this did not sit right with me! We were never told or informed of this 150 charge? When questioned the lady said it should say it on website, which we couldn't not find it! What is the purpose of a petted and then a pet cleaning fee? We did enjoy our stay .

The layout of the room we booked was amazing. Loved the space and the view. The smell in the hotel was very pleasant. Parking was adequate, access to pool, Bambu bar and surrounding areas was perfect. Only semi-negative is that it seems maintenance is needed on some of the rooms. The ceiling had cracks and some discolor on the paint, some of the bathroom tile caulking was missing and the entry door to the room had some chipped paint on the frame. Other than that, everything was very nice and clean. Also Leelee at the front desk was a great help, she was very nice, courteous and joyful from the beginning. She is the type of staff that makes you want to return.

I had a late check-in and was unable to reach anyone by phone beforehand. As a result, I had to drive to the property without knowing whether I would be able to access my room, as I had no other option. The following morning, the elevator stopped working and remained out of service until at least the time I checked out. Since I was staying on the fourth floor and traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, I was forced to carry everything down the stairs myself. One staff member finaly assisted me at the end with one bag. While the property itself looked good, the customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite the significant inconvenience, no compensation, apology, or gesture of goodwill was offered. As a VIP guest, I would have expected the hotel to proactively address the situation rather than requiring me to ask. Unfortunately, this was one of the poorest customer service experiences I have had.

The location of this hotel is perfect for boating, Tin City and other bars and restaurants! The elevator was not working for part of our stay. The fitness center needs some updates but our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our two night getaway and would stay here again!

Location was perfect! It was at the marina and walking distance to most restaurants and to Tin City which had lots of cool gift shops and restaurants. The place needs some remodeling. Rooms need a chair and table. The beds were full, not queen. They give vouchers for complimentary drinks but when you redeem them at the bar the server brushes you off as if you are not worth their time. They shouldn’t hand them out if you are going to be treated that way.
