"My husband and I had a wonderful time with our 3 kids. The hotel was doing a little renovation (new windows). It didn't bother us at all, the staff was fantastic, and we kept getting little extra perks. They were always checking that our stay was satisfactory, and the construction noise wasn't a bother. We hardly noticed it besides a little noise at the pool one afternoon but that was nothing. Food was great, rooms were clean, tram drivers to the beach were so fun and courteous. Would highly recommend and be back. Excited to see the renovations in a year or so!"

"Katie is an exceptional host and the property she suggested we move to was outstanding. Remodeling was finishing on the cottage next door to our original rental so Katie thought we would be more comfortable at a nearby location. Everything we needed for a great stay near the beach was provided. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The location meant we walked to the beach and breakfast. The bed was the most comfortable ever, hoping to purchase the same mattress for home. With family in south Florida we visit annually and I’ll look for Katie’s properties first every time. "

"Room was spotless Staff friendly Location fabulous A couple of negative things Balcony only one chair not big enough for 2 people Top pool deck.. the bin wasn’t emptied for 3 days The pool towel bin wasn’t emptied our whole stay and restated. Some of the food on offer like desserts were frozen. Apart from those few issues to be addressed for forthcoming clients not to have an issue."
