Our room was musty smelling and everything we touched felt damp. Missing in our room was a table or desk with a chair. The whole property was rundown and needed to be redone. They also have a problem with homeless camped in their trees and bushes. When it rains the homeless camp at the front of the hotel. Short on front staff and some of the staff were rude.

Breakfast menu had numerous choices, could have use wholewheat bread. Our room was very comfortable. Could have used hooks to hang wet towels after using and a night light for the bathroom instead of putting on the light and fan in the middle of the night .

they never made up the room. women knocked on the door when I almost ready to leave for the day. I told her to come back in 1/2 hour. When I returned after 90pm the room wasn't cleaned and there were no fresh towels. I called the front deck and was told to come down for towels. I said no way am I coming to the front desk. After a brief discussion they agreed to send up two towels. Even after a recommendation from Expedia I will never stay with them again. I will be sharing this with my family and friends who have stayed there in the past. Bad reviews don't get posted?

Hotel and room smelled like cigarettes I'm a non smoker so I smelled it immediately, my tub did not drain, and the remote control for the t.v did not work. The coffee at breakfast was the only good thing about my stay.
