Arrived to check in at 5:00 PM and no one was at the desk, waited 30 minutes before someone arrived. Room was spacious yet was not thoroughly cleaned, found dust and body hair at multiple places of the room. TV didn't work, would often freeze when trying to change the channel or use Netflix option. Continental breakfast was very unsanitary, needs more workers to regularly clean and sanitize the area after the guests.

Room was clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Coffee, tea, water and ice always available. King size mattress squeaked and groaned on each side when we got in bed.
