Excellent hotel but No city view and balcony Our flight was canceled and we were delayed by over 15 hours. We arrived to the hotel at about midnight. At that time, we did not let the concierge know that there was no balcony or city view as we were very late.

The breakfast was good, mostly sweet. I would be nicer with some cheese and charcuterie options and/or omelette station. We received a complimentary small bottle of wine( 2 glasses) because we were celebrating a wedding anniversary. Also, the hotel upgraded our room.

The Inn at Pelican Bay is our favorite hotel in the Naples area! All of the staff are so professional, extremely nice, and very accommodating! The hotel and grounds are immaculate and gorgeous!
