The room -King with water view was very clean, nice and spacious. Complimentary breakfast very good. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel located in a good location within close proximity of beach in North Naples areas. 5th ave was just a short 5 - 10 minute drive away

I have stayed at this hotel so many times I hate not to be positive. The location is fabulous. Breakfast this time was disappointing. The elliptical in the fitness room was broken. The staff definitely seemed disinterested this time usually hey are friendly.

A wonderful hotel, cute and clean and friendly and awesome donuts in the morning! Perfect location to the beach. They even drop you off and pick you up w umbrellas and beach chairs.
