"Wonderful location and helpful staff!"

"Had a great stay here. Would def stay again. Super convenient to shops, the park, subways, and restaurants. And of course the opera house, where we saw ABT's Swan Lake. Beautiful! Pool is small and tucked away on a small platform with maybe a dozen loungers, only half of which were in the sun, and all but one of which had been "claimed" when we got there in the afternoon. If more loungers could be installed nearby that might nice to help expand the sun area. Only other note was that there wasn't anywhere to hang towels in the bathroom once used. If 2-4 hook could be installed behind the door, that would alleviate needing to find creative places to drape them in the room."

"We stayed for 4 nights with our two teenage sons. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, the rooms were great and very clean and comfortable and the location excellent. When we had a problem with the AC someone came and fixed it immediately. Also, we thought it was really good value. "

"This hotel is in a nice west side area . Museum of natural history and central park make a nice and interesting nature walk. A little bit further walk and you will find the Metropolitan museum on 5th ave. Uber, taxis and subway are super convenient. "
