Sink was cracked, bathtub had been poorly repaired, area around light switches was black, tile in shower was missing grout. Person checking me in was way too chatty with the girl in front of me checking in that he apparently knew. When I told him I was returning a rental car he said next shuttle from airport would be 6:45, I called at 6:37 and he said she left early. He did finally reach her and she picked us up. I have stayed at many quality inns and this one was the worst

The staff was so rude, and not helpful The non smoking room smelled so bad and smoky. The phone did not work. The door handle was broken. The refrigerator was was not cold. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at.
