Not enough parking, the front desk clerk failed to inform us of tje parking locations and policy, so I received a $65 parking ticket.

Thank you for your feedback from your most recent stay with us. We understand that parking can be a bit of a challenge in our area and for that reason we've made our parking options and signs very clear for guests. They are clearly labeled on a color printed map at the front desk and all guests are instructed where NOT to park as it results in the ticket that you received however we apologize if that was not communicated to you clearly enough.

The front desk staff was great!!! Watching as others checked in...everyone seemed to be welcomed...the clientele was diverse..we saw families..old, young, all ethnic groups..They were able to answer all questions, making our stay feel safe and easy to get around....convince of scooters! They were fun! The housekeeping staff...you guys disserve A thank you all

The front desk clerk was top notch. She was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The pillows were horrible and the mattress was even worse. The mattress in my room was worn out and I'm having going to a chiropractor to try to get my back to quit hurting. Very disappointed!
