"Beautiful building, and the inside of the hotel was amazing, the complimentary breakfast was so good, the only issue I had was that I put in a request for extra pillows and was told they’d be dropped off, I waited over 2 hours and nothing and ended up taking a nap, while I was in bed and wasn’t dressed and the door swung up and housekeeping walked in… I was extremely embarrassed and on top of that never got the pillows. "

"Overall, it was a great place to stay. One thing that bothered me was that during breakfast, the ham and eggs were placed in the same heated container. I do not eat meat but do eat eggs, so this was an issue for me. Additionally, from a religious perspective, ham is not permitted for some guests, and having it heated together with other food in the same tray be considered unacceptable. "

"We visit Hamilton several times a year and are so happy that we discovered The Hampton Inn and Suites in Cazenovia. We will definitely return. The amenities are lovely - cozy and very comfortable. The staff was incredible, from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. Our room was spacious, cozy and comfortable - the rates were very reasonable. We love that there is an indoor pool and will definitely return with a few family members. The breakfast was extraordinary and the woman who managed it was lovely - very welcoming, personable and great at what she does. She really went the extra mile. "My room was large and comfortable. The tv was not working and they sent a person up to my room to fix it very quickly. But I found some seeds on the floor and tags in the bathroom that were not from my clothes. Overall I had a great time and would stay again though"
