Welcome to this stunning lake view . Designe with peace in mind, Salt & Sol has been created to relax and reset. With a gated community it is located in the Land O' Lakes/Lutz area. Just 7 minutes away you will find the outlet mall of Tampa-FL, the best restaurants and all the entertainment the area has to offer. The whole house has water softener, towels and beach chairs available. It is also adapted for children, with toys and books. Welcome home away from home!.
The space
Salt & Sol has a single floor which is widely distributed with 3 Bedrooms, two Bathrooms, Family and Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry, Pool Area and two (2) Parking Spaces on the left side, one car behind the other. Salt & Sol has approximately (inside ) 2,390 sqft just for the enjoyment of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with luxury stainless steel appliances, pots, and dishes included for your cooking needs. FREE coffee is included.

The living room has a 55” TV with over 600+channels, comfy sofa to relax with modern decoration. FREE high speed WiFi is provided during your stay. (3) Bedrooms – master bedroom with a queen size bed, smart TV, with desk for working. The master bathroom have rainfall shower head . 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. 3rd bedroom with a full size bed .
Guest access
Nothing in the house is to be shared with other guests. Neither the pool nor the porch, kitchen, living room and family, bedrooms, bathrooms, are to share. Everything shown in the photos belongs to the listing of the house. . Parking is the only thing that needs to be shared. Guest have access to the house through the main entrance. We have a second floor and it is a completely private entrance through the garage and has no access to the house. The house is completely independent from the apartment and vice versa. The entrance to the apartment on the second floor is completely private and does not interfere with the main house.
