Employees always make you feel welcome, great location, clean, and good selection for breakfast. Only thing I would change is the syrup for the waffles shouldn't be so close to the waffle makers because people bump into you trying to reach for the syrup when you're making a waffle. Other than that, everything is pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Riverview, Florida. The hotel was very comfortable, and our room met all of our expectations. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s rest. Our only minor complaint was that on the second day, we informed the housekeeping staff that we were leaving for the day, but when we returned that evening, our room had not been serviced. Overall, this did not take away from an otherwise pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. If we travel to the Tampa/Riverview area again, we would definitely stay here again.

I wouldn’t call it a premium breakfast but the oatmeal bar with lots of topping availability was good. Did not appreciate having to move/relocate hanging plastic tarping to get in our room with the baggage cart. They stuck us in a room next to construction repair, baseboard trim ripped off in hallway by our door, etc. Was not a pleasant nor upscale nor inviting entrance to our room, but I didn’t complain as was tired from 1000+ mile drive. This was first time I stayed here, ordinarily stay elsewhere like Hilton Garden Inn to the north side of town, so I was not impressed. Convenience of location was good, but I’ve had much better experiences at this price point. Hence the 4 star vs 5 on some of the categories.
