Will NOT stay here again. Room floor was dirty appeared not vacuumed. Stains on pillow cases, bathroom was gross! And needs updating. I did not want to take my shoes off at all. In addition, the walls were paper thin and other people staying were loud and screaming at 3am. We also got locked out of our room. The key did not work. The breakfast provided was also honey buns and nutragrain bars. NOT WORTH $100 A NIGHT!!! Also right off the highway between 2 dealerships.

This place is a dump. First room had a soap bar still in the bath tub from the last guest and hair in the sink, so clearly the room hadn’t been cleaned. Second room had sticky carpet and white powder on the floor. Moved the shower curtain and hair fell in the tub. Just disgusting! Can’t make this up.

The pool bar is not staffed and we were told has not been open in months. The outside TV’s also do not work

Room was really small. Smelt musty. Mold in corners of bathroom. Dresser and nightstand were broken. Pool was never open. Rough and rowdy crowd hung around front doors at night when jazz club was open. Breakfast was a joke. Never had food, didn’t refill it. Same breakfast for 5 days straight. Breakfast workers were unfriendly and made us uncomfortable. They just stared it you while you ate. Avoid staying here!!

I was given terrible directions to the room and the key didn't work to gain access to to the hotel area and thus walked nearly the entire hotel to find my room. At breakfast my son's were delayed and the front desk clerk said they wouldn't need a ticket for breakfast so my son's followed later and we're denied breakfast so they had to walk all the way back to the room. Very poor service. The hotel itself was clean and inviting but a hotel without good service is not something I would purposefully choose.
